Unclaimed IPO Refund Order
GMR Infrastructure Limited came out with an Initial Public Officer (IPO) of Equity Shares during August 2006. Company had allotted equity shares as per the allotment criteria and refunded the excess application money by issuing refund orders, wherever is required.
However, some of the investors have not claimed their IPO refund orders till now. Company has taken initiatives through the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) to contact the shareholders who have not claimed IPO refund orders by sending letters on several times asking them to make their claims.
With all these efforts of the Company, the total number of investors, who have not claimed the refund order, has been drain down significantly.
As an investor friendly measure, we have taken an initiative to post the information about the unclaimed IPO refund orders in the Group’s website so that the information is also available to the investors on the website enabling them to make their claims.
| Procedure for claiming refund amount: |
| 1. If, refund order is traceable and it is unclaimed |
Return the unclaimed refund order with a request letter to our RTA at below mentioned address for issuing a afresh refund order/DD. |
| 2. If, refund order is not traceable |
Execute the indemnity in the prescribed pro forma along with request letter and send to our RTA at below mentioned address. |
